We provide servicing for gas and LPG boilers and air source heat pumps. Servicing your boiler and heat pump regularly ensures it’s running efficiently, validates your warranty, minimises the risk of breakdown and helps strengthen the lifespan of your appliance.

• When your boiler/ heat pump is still under manufacturer’s warranty our service will act as proof of maintenance. Our engineers will complete your Benchmark book.
• As your boiler/ heat pump gets older the annual service will ensure that it is running as efficiently and as safely as possible.
• A service will take around an hour.
• We provide you with a copy of our service record, detailing works undertaken and photos of the works.
• Our customer database & booking system will automatically send you a reminder when your next service is due.
• We can service your appliance from £85 plus VAT
